Adam Lambert embarked on the American Idol tour during the summer of 2009. The first stop was Portland, Oregon where he was the penultimate performer with a set consisting of Whole Lotta Love, Starlight, Mad World, a Slow Ride duet with Allison Iraheta and a David Bowie medley which included Life on Mars, Fame and Let's Dance. The concert ended with an appearance during the group song Don't Stop Believing:
